Through our unique targeted marketing approach, HPC is able to generate multiple offers and complete the marketing process typically within a two week time frame. In addition to multi-family investment sales, HPC has also sold numerous retail centers, office buildings as well as investment and development land parcels. Our capabilities extend further to include sourcing equity for asset recapitalizing as well as redevelopment endeavors.
