Sam W. Hunsaker
Through affiliated entities, Mr. Hunsaker has been involved in numerous large land acquisitions, and numerous multi family acquisitions, as well as being active in the development of neighborhood retail projects. Currently, a Super Target anchored retail project in Oklahoma City has been completed, and is being marketed for sale. Prior to forming Maverick, Mr. Hunsaker was the founder of Hunsaker Property Company (HPC), formed in 1994, a Dallas based multi family brokerage firm. Mr. Hunsaker has been personally involved in the brokerage of over 30,000 apartment units with a market capitalization of over one billion dollars. Mr. Hunsaker has also arranged equity financing for his investments and others of over one hundred million dollars. Mr. Hunsaker has resided in Dallas, TX since 1980 and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a major in finance. Mr. Hunsaker has been active in the real estate business in Dallas, Texas since his graduation from SMU in 1984. He has been married to his wife, Jan, for 15 years, and has two children. Mr. Hunsaker is passionate about the outdoors, spending much of his free time fly fishing, bird hunting, snow skiing, and golfing.

Christopher P. Miller
Christopher Miller has been actively involved in commercial real estate as a broker, principal, and investor since 1994. As a partner of Hunsaker Property Company, he has specialized in multifamily and commercial/ret ail investment and sales. His responsibilities included analysis, developing and sourcing relationships with existing and new clients, day to day operations and research with staff, and pricing decisions. Over his tenure with Hunsaker, Mr. Miller has successfully negotiated over $850 million in multifamily/retail transactions (over 22,000 units) in the southwest.

In 1997 and 1998, Mr. Miller formed Hanover Holdings Ltd. and Miller Equity Holdings, Inc. to engage in principal activities in both domestic and foreign real estate investment. He has invested in land, retail, office, and residential properties in multiple markets with personal funds, private high net-worth individuals, and institutional funds. Applying his knowledge of construction, equity structure, and financing, Mr. Miller has also purchased property and non-performing notes with "environmentally impaired" issues from groups such as Cigna Realty Advisors and Principal Mutual. In addition, Mr. Miller has structured secured and non-secured equity loans collateralized by property and or partnership interests in existing/operating assets with personal and outside capital. Further, through these various entities, he has made investments in undervalued, public real estate securities realizing significant returns. Total equity raised to date for these various investments has totaled approximately $40 million.

Most recently (2005), Mr. Miller is an active partner and founder involved in sourcing new acquisitions and analyzing prospective investment properties for Maverick Southwest Investments. Further, Mr. Miller helped co-found a hedge fund/registered commodity pool in San Diego, California, specializing in long-short equity positions, commodity and currency futures.

Mr. Miller was a graduate of Southern Methodist University with a double major in corporate finance and real estate finance with a Spanish minor. He was a participant of the 1992/1993 Basketball Southwest Conference Championship Team and NCAA Tournament participant. In addition, he was a high school "Academic and Basketball All American." As a licensed VFR and IFR rated pilot with over 1000 hours, he enjoys traveling with his family. Mr. Miller enjoys the outdoors as well as many athletic activities such as triathlons, mountain biking, marathons, and snow skiing. Also, he was a division winner in USA water ski racing in 2005, and assembled a team to participate in the 2006 Baja 1000. Mr. Miller has resided in Dallas, Texas since 1992, Del Mar, California since 2002, and is building a home in Indio, California. He has been happily married to his wife Jennifer Young Miller since 2002. Christopher and Jennifer are the proud parents of two daughters Beaux Marie (2006) and Anna Katheryn (2007).
