Through affiliated corporations and partnerships, Maverick focuses on generating higher risk adjusted yields to investors by acquiring opportunistic real estate investments in major metropolitan or strategic secondary markets. Maverick, on a selective basis, will also seek out core, stabilized assets from time to time.
